APEX Technical Marketing Engineer

What you’ll achieve

As a member of the Dell Technologies Technical marketing team, you will be responsible for creating technical content that is used to drive the messaging and positioning of our cloud offerings and associated solutions.

You will also work collaboratively work with the cloud product marketing team to create customer and sales-facing content such as presentations, blogs and whitepapers.

Finally, you will help shape and execute campaigns that drive thought leadership, awareness, and demand generation for Dell Technologies APEX solutions.

Principal Accountabilities & Responsibilities:

Work closely with product management, technical marketing engineers, and sales to understand product strengths, market conditions, and competitive advantages.

Create compelling marketing materials such as infographics, blogs, whitepapers, website content and social media copy

Create effective assets and content, including product demos, competetive whitepapers, presentations, videos, web content, and sales training that can be used globally

Responsible for high visibility product launches

Build sales enablement content, including training materials, customer presentations etc.

Help shape and execute global marketing campaigns that drive thought leadership, awareness, and demand generation.

Experience required:

5+ years of product marketing in the technology space

Excellent written and verbal communication skills: the ability to speak knowledgeably, clearly and across all levels of leadership and executive leadership

Experience in developing technical assets such as demos, whitepapers, user guides and blogs

Demonstrated ability to create compelling yet simple messaging from complicated technical concepts

Demonstrated technical experience including compute, storage and netwroking - Cloud computing experience highly desirable

Ability to work collaboratively and influence across multiple functons and teams within the company
