Specialist, LiveOps Triage

This role will work closely with the Manager of the LiveOps Triage team to assist with key initiatives as well as help shape the strategic future of the triage team through analysis of projects and opportunities for growth and improvement.

The ideal candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Pearson Higher Ed products and platforms.

JIRA proficiency is an essential skill for excelling at this role.

Project management experience is a bonus.

This role will require the candidate to manage multiple projects and work closely with the Manager of LiveOps Triage to ensure the optimal functioning of the team.

Since its inception several years ago the remit of the LiveOps Triage team has seen a continued expansion as demand to triage work continues to grow across Pearson.

The evolution of the Maintenance Project is putting new demands on the team as well as leading us in an exciting new direction to play an active role in improving our products in the market.

At our core, the triage team seeks to improve customer experience by elevating the quality Pearson Courseware.

This requires cross-team collaboration, excellent communication skills, and a growth mindset.
