Responsibilities:

Creating a positive, memorable experience for residents and prospects

Showing model apartment homes

Creating Rapport and fostering relationships with residents/prospects

Processing applications and closing sales

Maintaining exceptional customer service and addressing concerns

Strong written and verbal skills

Preferred background with Yardi and/or Entrata

Comfortable with conflict resolution, problem solving and attention to detail
