Lyft is seeking a Program Manager for Lyft Rentals, which allows Lyft users to seamlessly rent a car for weekend getaways, business travel and errands.

Our mission is to rethink the rental experience from the renter's point of view, and in this role, you will be a crucial conduit between the senior leadership of Lyft Rentals and the many cross-functional partners who make that mission possible.

Responsibilities:

Manage the ongoing relationship between the Lyft Rentals team and internal partners

Share regular updates with leadership on performance of central business operations

Hold teammates and partners accountable for honoring commitments and meeting SLAs

Lead a collaborative process of auditing operations spend to drive continuous improvement

Problem-solve with cross-functional teams to drive efficiency and an improved experience

Plan and execute special projects that will yield improvements in efficiency and quality

Collaborate with technical teams on the roadmap for internal tools and data sources

Experience:

3+ years working in operations, finance, analytics, project management or consulting

Experience working in a customer service business with physical operations is a plus

Exceptional interpersonal skills and ability to influence people across job functions and levels

Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable presenting to stakeholders at all levels of the organization and speaking the language of many different business functions

Skilled at running efficient meetings with clear objectives and action items

Organizational skills to juggle many tasks without losing sight of top-priority items

Demonstrated persistence and problem-solving to drive meaningful results for an organization

Track record of harnessing data and metrics to run an efficient and cost-effective operation

Comfortable with basic financial analysis, including reading a P&L and spreadsheet modeling

Embodies a growth mindset to confront ambiguity and build what doesn't exist yet
