About This Position
HopeHealth is seeking an experienced Hospice Office Supervisor to support Hospice Administrative staff and ensure work is completed thoroughly, that it is appropriately distributed and that cross coverage between teams exists.
Review and streamline office processes including staff and patient scheduling processes.
This is a fulltime position, eligible for full benefits.
What will you do?
Fulfill the role of clinical administrative assistant as needed
Oversee and support all administrative duties in the hospice offices (all locations with Providence as home base) and ensure that offices are operating smoothly
Oversee and function as immediate supervisor to all AAs and Scheduler
distribute work assignments
Ensure accurate and effective scheduling of staff
Assist in developing office policies and procedures, and ensure they are implemented appropriately
Assist with office layout planning and office moves and organization of work environment
Assist with IT and Phone processes
Quality audits as needed
Identify opportunities for process and office management improvements, and assist in design and implementation of new systems
Provide other administrative support as necessary, including scheduling group meetings, maintaining calendars, & creating reports
Precept new AAs
What are the qualifications for this job?
2-5 years of work experience in an administrative/office supervisor role
Experience and/or training in supervising employees
Attention to detail
Strong organizational and time management skills, and ability to prioritize
Must be a self-starter and driven
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage relationships with leaders and direct staff
Strong problem-solving skills
Must be proficient with Microsoft Office
Proficiency with technology and Electronic Medical Records
