The Early Talent Programs team is seeking a highly organized, efficient and energetic Early Talent Program Specialist.

You will support team-wide university and early career hiring efforts with an emphasis on delivering outstanding programming to interns, new grads and early career hires.

You will be joining our team that is responsible for devising and executing the Lyft's entire virtual and (when we return to offices) in-person programming, including social and developmental events, building a holistic year round events calendar, and multiple initiatives to support a best-in-class internship experience.

You will get to help implement creative strategies and inclusive programming for the next generation of Lyft talent.


Builds out a year-round intern events calendar, including management of logistics and execution for intern events and L&D opportunities

Manages end-to-end projects and initiatives that support the internship experience (i.e. Lyftern Families, Lyftern Challenges)

Drive important processes, such onboarding and offboarding, manager training, and performance evaluation processes for intern cohorts

Build strong cross-function relationships with vendors, internal team members, and a wide range of stakeholders across Lyft to execute on processes & events

Assist with timely and accurate completion of data to all internal HR systems

Track and communicate NPS scores to analyze internship success

Owns swag purchasing and logistics

[Pending return to office] On-site event facilitation, travel as required


Experience in a fast-paced environment with a focus on event coordination

Strong project management/ program management skills, ability to meet deadlines

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and navigate around ambiguities autonomously

Self-directed with a high sense of urgency while maintaining meticulous attention to detail

Able to adapt and pivot in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Prioritize data integrity and intentional about tracking metrics

Excellent verbal and written communications skills

A team player - you're willing to help out wherever needed

You instill trust in your judgment and ability to complete any project
