In this role, you have the opportunity to support a variety of on-site and/or remote clinical applications activities along with managerial responsibilities relating to Disease Management Solutions products.

You are responsible for the following:

Manages the coordination of the Clinical Applications activities with responsibility for results, including customer satisfaction, costs, methods and staffing.

Contributes to weekly scheduling reviews to ensure performance/utilization/revenue requirement goals achieved.

Report trends and recommendations to management on weekly basis.

Works on clinical applications issues analyzing customer satisfaction situations & provide solutions to Installation Coordination Team.

Develop a product cross-training plan, includes coordination of shadowing events and final certification for Application teams.

Quarterly review of training records in TEDs for audit readiness.

Establishes department procedures and recommends changes to ensure compliance to Quality and Regulatory procedures.

Supporting new product implementations (NPI’s) by means of working with Product Development and/or Marketing teams, Responsible for approval of Customer Service Applications roles/responsibilities in the NPI and Sustaining processes.

Coordination of training for Subject Matter Experts (SME’s) for NPI’s, for deployment activities supporting product.

This may be in form of on-site or remote based training.

Overseeing coordination of monthly staff education training, including submission of training records to TEDs.

Monthly reporting of Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s).

Provides guidance to Applications Team to support meeting Departmental Key Performance Indicators (KPI).

Manage team’s PPM’s, along with recommendations for proposed merit increases.

Actively pursuing tasks, projects, and ways to enhance the team and the business beyond normal day-to-day responsibilities.

Supporting customers, vendors, and business partners on education and training in order to optimize their clinical performance of their Philips Disease Management Solution Products either remotely or on-site.

Troubleshooting image quality problems related to scan protocols, product use and assisting customers with the use of Philips products for optimum clinical performance.

Primary point of contact for escalation of product/support issues for direct and OEM

Providing feedback to the Customer Service and Support personnel and identifying key issues or problems on the customer side by utilizing Philips Quality System processes (i.e. Costumer Complaint forms, DCN).

Regularly entering support issues using approved support ticket management tool.

Completing paperwork, documentation, and administrative tasks per organization policy and procedures (i.e. trip reports, expense reports, RTU, timecards).

As a working manager, travel ~50% of the time

Prefer home based location within 1-hour commute time of a major hub airport.

Authorized to work in the United States.

Valid Driver’s License and Passport.

Ability to travel internationally when required.

All other duties as assigned.

You are part of

Our fast paced clinical applications team that drives our customer support and service excellence.

To succeed in this role, you’ll need a customer-first attitude and the following

Bachelor’s degree with > 5 years of related experience in healthcare or related field preferred, with ARRT-R/MR Certification preferred; or a Master’s degree with < 3 years of related experience.

Prior experience in managing preferred.

Ability to travel 50% of the time, located anywhere in the contiguous Unites States, within 1 hour of a large airport

Exceptional MRI knowledge and familiarity with digital imaging workstation products with Ultrasound and/or CT experience a plus.

Effective training skills in a clinical environment

Excellent interpersonal, leadership and communications skills

Excellent customer relations skills

Excellent organizational skills and the ability to work independently, multi-task in a fast-paced environment and deal effectively with a challenging work schedule

Highly proficient with MRI scanning procedures, including use of tools and applications software, on at least one of Siemens, GE, and Philips systems and willingness to learn to operate others.

Ability to learn software packages and work with networking systems.

Patience and clear communication skills are required to work with individuals and tactfully assist doctors, clinicians, technologists, radiologists, nurses, medical assistants, and researchers to execute processes carefully.

Ability to assess the audience and adjust presentation level to the audience, based on audience skillset/knowledge.

US work authorization is a precondition of employment.
