Operations is one of four services that make up one Accenture –the others are Strategy and Consulting, Interactive and Technology.

Key responsibilities include:

Support strategic growth, build proposals, and planning for infrastructure in order to support growth and execution

Perform profitability Improvement interventions

Conduce CSAT Release Survey, gather results, analyze and construct POA

Plan and execute joint programs and workshops e.g. Annual project planning, Corporate Citizenship campaigns etc.

Actively plan and participate in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion initiatives with Accenture and client partners

Provide strategic guidance to design, build and execute client reporting packs and key metrics, KPIs

Work with the mobilization lead to manage client expectations and relationships In the event of a transition of new scope of work

Assess communication needs, plan and manage communications and evaluate engagement communications effectiveness

Business continuity planning and testing

CRM maintenance power mapping and GDPR compliance

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent work experience

Strong project management and service delivery experience

Strong program solving and resolutions skills

Strong negotiation and influencing skills between Client and Accenture Leadership.

Ability to complete assignments independently

Strong decision making ability.

As required by the Colorado Equal Pay Transparency Act, Accenture provides a reasonable range of minimum compensation for roles that may be hired in Colorado.

Actual compensation is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific office location.

For the state of Colorado only, the range of starting pay for this role is $73,764 - $142,100 and information on benefits offered is here.
